The middle years post unique challenges for us. It is time to assess how we have lived our lives up to the present, and how we would like to live the rest of our lives.
The retreat will evoke significant questions during this life transition:
Who am I?
How have my relationships impacted me?
How would I like to live meaningfully and fruitfully?
We will be invited to look at some unfinished business of the past, and address where we need healing and reconciliation.
While the approach to this retreat is psycho-spiritual, the call at this lifestage is essentially to undertake a spiritual journey towards a more intimate relationship with self, others and God.

Hang out with the Sisters as they share their stories, minsitry and passion in Religious Life, particularly in the Cenacle. This afternoon will give the Sisters in Singapore community an opportunity to hear from the young and how they may continue to respond to the spiritual needs of our time. Let us journey together.

This transformative Life Direction Retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your spiritual purpose and chart a meaningful path forward. There will be a reflective exploration of values, desires, dreams and aspirations to help cultivate clarity and self-awareness. Whether one is at a crossroads in one’s career, seeking personal growth, or looking for new inspiration, this retreat provides a nurturing and prayerful space to gain insights and develop practices for a fulfilling life ahead. Embrace this opportunity to recharge, reflect, pray, discern and redefine your life's direction.
At the end of the retreat, retreatants will hopefully feel more clear and confident in the direction they want to take in their lives. The retreat aims to help them:
- Gain insight into their core desires and purpose.
- Break through limiting beliefs and fears.
- Cultivate a sense of peace and alignment with their true spiritual path.
- Learn to live a more discerning life.
- Leave with practical tools for to move forward with intention and clarity.
This retreat is designed for active servers and/or those taking a break from ministry to grow & deepen our relationship with self and with God. Through an arrangement of rest and simple leisure activities, these days of reflection and prayer hope to find God in all things & time.
Most importantly, it hopes to provide a safe space for self-discovery, self- acceptance and emotional growth as we evaluate: Why do I do the things I do?
Accompanied by Cenacle Sr. Kriz & team, the daily guided group retreat includes morning & evening prayer sessions, daily spiritual input, prayer points for personal quiet time, faith sharing, and (optional) spiritual direction.
Due to peak season (school holidays), we will be confirming registrations early for accommodation and ferry arrangements.

Spend eight or five days of quiet prayer and solitude with God. A Spiritual Director will accompany you as you journey into your own heart and into the heart of God.
This quality time with God will be spent in “listening” to God’s voice – through His words, movements in your heart, the wonders of nature and in the silence. The retreat hopefully would help you be in touch with that One Love we all desire – God!
